I was just too anxious I think.
I've lost 2 inches on my waist and am down to 187lbs.. I was just about 200lbs when I started 4 weeks ago... my all time high is 213... I'm pretty lean now, but still could use a little more slimming on the lower back and love handle area.. i'm going running today.
