DB neutral Press 2x6-8 42.5kg
Dips 3x6-8 +10kg
Chest Supported Rows 4x8 75kg a sideFace pulls half kneeling 2x12 weight?
Arms 4x15s/tricep/bicep/ ez bar curls, push down triceps, single arm d ring curls
Feeling good, overall extremely happy and content within!
