with glucorell to achieve greater insulin release suppression.. increasing the ratio of glucorell to carbs... MAY.. be neccessary...
what kind of thermogenic/stimulants are you using? other than NYC-- and are you rotating in other stims or just running NYC straight? dosage and dosing frequency of NYC?
are you having appetite issues?
fats (sources and amounts)
carbs (sources and amounts)
protein-- how much.. when cutting IMO people can use too much protein which can make it very difficult to maintain adequate water intake (necessary for fat loss)
total cals?
water intake? appetite suppression can lead to reduced water intake which decreases fat loss and may affect insulin sensitivity/secretion
Hey there,
Basically I cut my cals from 3000+ a day to just around 2000. To keep my metabolism strong I've been running a couple times a week (I also lift 3x per week).
I have been taking 1-2 NYC on some days, but not everyday... I drink coffee at work as well which kills my appetite and amps me up a bit.
My weight is definitely down, my strength is pretty constant, maybe a slight dip but that is to be expected.
I've basically been eating a low saturated fat, high protein, reduced carb diet. I've cut out most sugars.. like frozen yogurt and what not.. I've limited my milk and cereal.. I eat meat, nuts, beans, some rice, vegetables, and I drink water all day at work.
my running is basically 2 miles two times per week.. but that will increase a bit as I get my legs back.
