Okay, I need accountability. No more falling off the wagon and just eating whatever I make the family at night.
New program starts tomorrow. I took before pictures last week, but I want to post them side by side with some after pictures after I get some results. Its more motivating for me that way.
My goal is to lose body fat first. Later I will seek for better muscle development.
I'm 5'3" 135. I'm not sure of my bf. I am going to base my results on picture comparisons. =-)
Starting in the morning, I will post up food intake and training logs daily.
