Week 2 -- Friday
DE Box Squats
warmups, then 8 doubles @ 255 + knotted purples
-Felt good. I could definitey feel the bands with this weight. In fact, I may not need to knot the bands once the bar weight goes up again. We'll see.
DE Deads
Three singles @ 315
-Easy. I think these will be good for me because I sorely need to work on explosively pulling the barbell.
Front Squats
warmups, 275x3x5
-Tougher than I'd have liked, but no trouble really. It seems that sometimes the lighter weights feel heavier than the heavy weights
Then I did a light set of Oly squats, and two sets of 15 reps on GMs. It got me loosened up before leaving.
