I have 0 GI issues mixing my carb powder with milk, almond milk, coconut water etc.. I dont always have the Mutant Mass in the mix but had a giant bag of it and in small doses it doesn't bother me. This is whole foods just easier and faster to consume and costs about 1/4 of what any mass gainer or carb powder does (at least where I have shopped). Put this blend together from a few buys from Amazon and my local BulkBarn.
Im still consuming 750-900 grams of carbs a day and protein in between 250-300. Im mostly shakes for breakfast/lunch. Homemade banana bread, protein cookies, fruit for snacks. Ive been using fortified milk (1-2L) a day. Standard protein sources are whey/caseing protein, ground beef, had to reduce chicken breast simply due to over consumption, ground turkey/ground pork sausage in my own sausage mixture that tastes great on wraps, rice or paired with greens. I also added in powdered greens every day as I dont always feel like eating the amount I have needed. So yes I do eat my vegetables daily but dont have to force them in I just eat what feels natural for amount.
I did a weigh in after I posted this yesterday and Im actually sitting at 230 even. I have week before competition so I am aligned just about perfect for weigh in. Ill cycle a bit of Halo a few days out and the day of comp (yes I am fully stacked for liver care and have an aftermath protocol in place). Ill be halting all orals for a week after comp and beginning of Primo front load. 600mg primo first week and then 400 a week after for a full 8 week cycle.. I will layer in anavar 30-50 a day depending on how my body likes the combination to get everything carved into place.
