Not gone just busy. Initial strength phase turned out good.
Started to have digestion issues so I designed and built my own carb powder to maintain my carb load at 750+ through a masteron p bridge. Mutant Mass just had too much stuff in it. I did 5ish weeks of what I like to call weighted thai chi with weekly heavy days.. built my base muscle load again so I could do another strength push. Now onto NPP/TBOL.. another week of that and I'll polish out with primo/anavar.
After initial phase I weighed in 219.. 3 days of 300 carbs dropped me to a 213lb base which I held pretty close to through bridge till NPP/Tbol. First 10 days i went right up to 223.. partitioning working well and still showing decent abs some mornings. Lower back still not spilling over. No DOMS just a bit of manageable joint issues (im glad i chose npp for second strength push). 445 trap deads for 5 reps with plenty in the tank to do more. Push press and OHP still climbing.. 150 is one motion from ground to finished rep. 225 push press for multiples now.
I still suck at posing but photos below are 2 days ago.
