Also, NC have you ever had a ripped up six pack? I noticed you said you cant get your abs to show, that is IMO most likely due to the fact that you are restricting cals so much that youre body is in starvation mode hoarding all fat. While you may be losing bodyweight, its all muslce that is going bye-bye, not the fat. It would be interesting to see what your bf percentage is right now, compared to what it will be at the end of the dieting, I would bet it wont be as big as a change as you think.

ok your probably wondering why i got fatter. well last week i changed things up alot. i started doing sprints everyday. and i found out i wasnt recovering like i should. so basically ive been eating 500-600 carbs everday protien about 100 on some days and 150 on some days fat about 50. basically piggin out.

i reached a personal best on the incline bench while doing this very odd for me. i got 255 on the incline for a set of 5 reps. ive put on about 13 pounds i think probably mostly water secondly muscle thirdly fat

if you look at my week before pics i look alot leaner, but now my muscles look really pumped because they are stuffed with carbs this whole week.

so now im going to start tapering down the cals again

i plan on doing something like 200 carbs 80 protien and 15 fats from extra virgin olive oil and doing about 20-30 40 yard sprints everyother day. i doubt ill go much higher on the protien i may increase carbs even further and lower protien we shall see

i dont think i will ever go below 200 carbs again. i prefer to keep my muscles stuffed with glycogen.

so im not as depressed as i was from the start. i definitly got fatter but gained muscle so i still have a chance of gettin ripped.

i plan on eating alot of fruits and milk for my carbs and some beans. my protien will be coming from beans and milk


oh and by the way for those wondering how can i get a boner on this diet dont make me have to break out the 8.5 inch cock picture thank you very much. later yall and thanks for the advice
 
i swear my arms and chest definitly blew up with all these carbs. my arms look about an inch bigger if you compar them with last weeks pics. im a hell of alot stronger too but on the downside i got fatter!!!!

this week i should be able to shed a good amount of fat with sprints. and my l carnitine and chromium picolinate should be coming in soon
 
in just my opinion i am beginning to realize that the worst thing to do when dieting is going really low on carbs! because nothing keeps your metabolism running like carbs. with carbs you dont look deflated. protien is overated! i added minimal fat to the diet just enough to get minimal efa's. thats all bill pearl recommends, aslo the colgan institute only recommends that much (they have trained MANY athletes to become Olympians).

i am going below what the colgan institute recommends for protien intake. but im about right on point with the protien intake according to bill pearl. so im just experimenting


i wish more people would would post up their routines this way we could learn from eachother.

i posted a while back about a mega ripped dude at my gym he only ate 40 grams of protien a day and ate mainly carbs! and low fat this dude was about 5foot9 and 200 pounds and about 4-5 percent bodyfat year round!
 
eventually you will find your niche.. It may take a while but when you do it's all downhill.

By the way you really should get weekly bodyfat tests done somewhere, especially when you're testing like this.
 
omega- i no longer do the low intensity cardio like just running. i only do sprints now. im not shure if you were suggesting i cut back on sprints? i used to do long distance type running the other week but that just seemed to burn out all the glycogen from the legs. thanks for the double bi compliment man

burning-i thought about getting those bodyfat calipers, but i hear the only true way to get a bodyfat test done is to get one under water and that could cost big bucks. you think calipers are accurate? i think i will find my niche hopefully within the next month. im thinking my "niche" will be some form of a high carb diet with low protien and low fat like one tablespoon of extravirgin olive oil for fat, i like to pour that on the beans i eat

here is my diet now

4 peices of fruit, apples bannanas oranges

2 cans of beans, blackeyed peas, feild peas or pinto beans

6 cups of skim milk

1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil

i think im gettin about 85 grams of protien

200 carbs? not shure the exact amount

15 fats
 
I would use the bodyfat calipers. Even if they are`nt accurate they are better than nothing. At least you can GAUGE your improvement in PERCENTAGES OF CHANGE not in exact bodyfat percentage.
