ok your probably wondering why i got fatter. well last week i changed things up alot. i started doing sprints everyday. and i found out i wasnt recovering like i should. so basically ive been eating 500-600 carbs everday protien about 100 on some days and 150 on some days fat about 50. basically piggin out.
i reached a personal best on the incline bench while doing this very odd for me. i got 255 on the incline for a set of 5 reps. ive put on about 13 pounds i think probably mostly water secondly muscle thirdly fat
if you look at my week before pics i look alot leaner, but now my muscles look really pumped because they are stuffed with carbs this whole week.
so now im going to start tapering down the cals again
i plan on doing something like 200 carbs 80 protien and 15 fats from extra virgin olive oil and doing about 20-30 40 yard sprints everyother day. i doubt ill go much higher on the protien i may increase carbs even further and lower protien we shall see
i dont think i will ever go below 200 carbs again. i prefer to keep my muscles stuffed with glycogen.
so im not as depressed as i was from the start. i definitly got fatter but gained muscle so i still have a chance of gettin ripped.
i plan on eating alot of fruits and milk for my carbs and some beans. my protien will be coming from beans and milk
