This has nothing to do with Clarence Bass's diet, but I'm quite sure he is a natural ectomorph and probably would have less bodyfat than the average person regardless of what he eats. I'm sure however at his current age that his diet definately helps keep him in shape.

I doubt the "average" person reading this site has the genetics and metabolism to maintain his ripped looked completely naturally. Most of our bodies would fight back relentlessly at that kind of bodyfat level, only those with faster metabolisms would stand a chance. If Clarence is truly 100% drug free then he no doubt has a faster than average metabolism by default.
 
I decided to put an extra spin on my routine to get even more benefits.

im going to cut out my 8 mile run on mondays because i feel all it does is just deplete my glycogen stores. i did the 8 mile run on mondays because sundays were my refeeds.

now ive decided to add and extra refeed on either wednesday or thursday. but the trick is the next day after my refeed first thing in the morning i will do continuis short sprints like 30 yard dashes or 40 yard dashes over and over. for about 1 hour and 30 minites or maybe less we will see? this is somewhat the same amount of time it takes me to do the 8 mile run sorta. hope fully this will yeild better endurance and muslce gain in the middle quad hip flexors and hamstrings, and turn me into a sprinting beast! we all know that sprints is more anabolic and releases gh and increases aneroebic and aerobic capacity more than just long cardio. so ill basically be doing long bouts of sprints on mondays and (thursdays or fridays). i feel i get the best benefits out of them after a carb up because i feel stakked full of glycogen :)

on these days i will be taking a few cups of coffee and maybe 2 ephedrine caffiene pills. im scared to take more because my heart really gets goin on sprints.
 
Yeah watch E+C+Sprints, I made the mistake of mixing EYC with sprints and damn near passed out.

1:30 is kind of excessive on sprints dont you think? I can see where your coming from with it but I'd think about possibly cutting it down a little.
