ive been training with more volume the past like 5 days i workout from 1-2 hour sessions hitting each bodypart like 4 times a week. one would think that im over training. but i feel that i have a high tolerance for alot of workout
my protien intake is about 100 grams a day i get about 20 grams of fat a day from olive oil and about 110 carbs from milk. all of my protien and carbs come from milk. usually on the weekends the ratios change because i stay out real late. i usually eat alot more on the weekends. during the week is a total breeze
i drink about 8-10 cups of milk a day and about 2 tablespoons of olive oil and i eat a whole head of cabbage a day with added squash brocolli green peppers celery cucumbers, you name it, i got it on there. i top it off with soy sauce i also take vitamins
my supplements are l carnitine and chromium picolinate
i feel i may be gettting stronger possibly. i know im definitly faster on my sprints. im training a shit load more than i used to im doing ether sprints or i run a few miles each day on top of lifting weights for 1-2 hours a day. so total workout per day could range from 1 hour and a half to 3 hours per day, maybe one day off per week
on my one day off per week i eat very little protien around 40 grams and bump the carbs to 250 or so no fat
ive been doing alot of guess work on my diet an i feel i hit the nail on the head this week.
my reasoning behined all this milk is because all the fluids keep me hydrated. and usually what causes hunger is dehydration
i love to add 2 packets of equal with cinnamon and nutmeg to each glass of milk i drink. i drink 8-10 cups
the previous weeks i was kinda guessin and tryin shit out, now i fell that im FINALLY in the groove of things!. Ive never had that sense before, like i feel now i actually know what im doing. im guessing 6 more weeks and ill be ripped to shreds.
i wouldve never ever thought i could get by with only a 100 grams of protien per day or less.
but the thing is i believe that im what you call a mesomorph(i have a very SLOW metabolism, which is good in a way because im able to put on size easily, but on the bad side i put on fat even easier. sinse my metabolism is so slow my protien requirments are less than most people. I feel that im the complete opposite from a "hardgainer", therefore i can tolerate alot more workouts and alot more volume and frequency
id like to here from other mesomorphs with slow metabolisms
