Diet To End All Diets, Finally-will Update With Pics Once A Week

ive been training with more volume the past like 5 days i workout from 1-2 hour sessions hitting each bodypart like 4 times a week. one would think that im over training. but i feel that i have a high tolerance for alot of workout

my protien intake is about 100 grams a day i get about 20 grams of fat a day from olive oil and about 110 carbs from milk. all of my protien and carbs come from milk. usually on the weekends the ratios change because i stay out real late. i usually eat alot more on the weekends. during the week is a total breeze

i drink about 8-10 cups of milk a day and about 2 tablespoons of olive oil and i eat a whole head of cabbage a day with added squash brocolli green peppers celery cucumbers, you name it, i got it on there. i top it off with soy sauce i also take vitamins
my supplements are l carnitine and chromium picolinate

i feel i may be gettting stronger possibly. i know im definitly faster on my sprints. im training a shit load more than i used to im doing ether sprints or i run a few miles each day on top of lifting weights for 1-2 hours a day. so total workout per day could range from 1 hour and a half to 3 hours per day, maybe one day off per week

on my one day off per week i eat very little protien around 40 grams and bump the carbs to 250 or so no fat


ive been doing alot of guess work on my diet an i feel i hit the nail on the head this week.

my reasoning behined all this milk is because all the fluids keep me hydrated. and usually what causes hunger is dehydration

i love to add 2 packets of equal with cinnamon and nutmeg to each glass of milk i drink. i drink 8-10 cups

the previous weeks i was kinda guessin and tryin shit out, now i fell that im FINALLY in the groove of things!. Ive never had that sense before, like i feel now i actually know what im doing. im guessing 6 more weeks and ill be ripped to shreds.


i wouldve never ever thought i could get by with only a 100 grams of protien per day or less.

but the thing is i believe that im what you call a mesomorph(i have a very SLOW metabolism, which is good in a way because im able to put on size easily, but on the bad side i put on fat even easier. sinse my metabolism is so slow my protien requirments are less than most people. I feel that im the complete opposite from a "hardgainer", therefore i can tolerate alot more workouts and alot more volume and frequency

id like to here from other mesomorphs with slow metabolisms

Hi NC-I have been reading your thread for quite some time. You look like a nice young man. So much of this lifestyle is experimenting with different foods, diet and training. I believe that if you are happy with your results that is what counts.

Personally I like putting on muscle and eat and train accordingly. What are your goals?

I'll stick my neck out here and say that you are not a mesomorph or have a slow metabolism. You may very well have slowed down your metabolism, certainly your diet is no help in that area.

I work with a lot of guys and would never suggest such a diet or work out program. But again perhaps you are happy with your results. Sometimes we all need a reality check. I respect your willingness to discuss your diet and post your pics.-valerie
 
Your diet is the reason you have a slow metabolism bro. Eat more plain and simple. I would take in at least 2k calories per day if not more.

You are on your way to becoming the next skinny fat man :)
 
Nice. Definitely looking leaner there. I'm still skeptical about what your program will do to your metabolism longterm, but right now it's certainly working.

Good luck with your cutting, and PLEASE listen to you body when it says it needs a break. You won't have the luxury of dieting any more if you're sidelined with being sick, or an injury.

first off i appreciate your comments and critisicms to everyone

valerie--------of course you wouldnt suggest my diet. because its not "mainstream". most people just regurgitate what they hear from biased mags and biased studies and think is best, which is basically a bunch of bs in my opinion.


as a matter of fact today i ran 8 miles this morning in 75 minites i feel i couldve done better also, again this goes against what weve been told. i want to be the best shape endurance as well as size and be natural

to many people are afraid to try stuff for them selves

90 percent of the people on these boards believe the high protien bullshit theories but on by supplement companies and BIASED studies. again two words biased info. most anything and everything is some type of money making scheme, we know this so why not suspect the info we get. im not trying to push this diet on anyone, what i am trying to push to people is think for yourself. this is one of the main reasons why i probably wont be posting much here if at all any more because everything is just regurgitated i rarely see any new ideas ,they are rare and few, people got big time tunnel vision on this board and semi brainwashed aswell. my father eats in a similiar fashion and maintains 4-7 percent bodyfat year round and has nice size for a 61 year old, how can you refute proof like that. i wish i could show some of the peeps from my gym at how ripped they are and dont juice

i feel high and energetic. i feel like a machine on this diet with nothing weighing me down, i eat much more on the weekends though. i run my sprints fast as hell i feel better than ever

You are looking good nclifter.

I would say the same as Ceebs. If you feel you need a break try something like 2 or 3 days with manteinance calories (15x bw) and continue from there.

i dont know if u caught it but i do do somewhat of a refeed everysunday, i mainly eat cereals like fiber one and total, and these tasty cookies with no added sugar and some waffles and chillie with sausage and beans and pork.. . i usually stay out real late on saturday nights and dont get in bed till 5-6am and i am never able to sleep in on sundays so that is basically my break day from dieting. im usually in a haze on sundays with only gettin like 4-6 hours of sleep. so i wake up tired dry mouthed and hungry.


i dont know where everyone is from on this board but the bike weeks at myrtle beach sc is kinda like my deadline for rippdness. its a pretty cool place if youve never been also when its highschool spring break too lol all them hot lil 18 year olds. oh yeah not to mention senior week at the myrtle beach lol. that beach is like packed for miles and miles with hot chickens :)

Man, you're a pompous ass, aren't you. You think that you're the only one in the world who has figured out the secret to dieting? What you're doing is called an eating disorder; no shit. And if you think Bill Pearl ate 1300 cal's a day when he was in his bodybuilding prime, you're past dilluded. One of his steaks had your daily macro breakdown in it. You're not a mesomorph,(you asked if it matters, fuck, I don't know, why'd you bring it up?) your metabolism is slow 'cuz you fucked up, and you're promoting a DUMB way of dieting. A bunch of newbs are gonna read this and think starving their bodies and muscles is the way to go. You're flat wrong.
 
I just read what I wrote, it seems a little rude. But, I guess I was just mad that you made that comment about the guy being ignorant, w/ all this ignorant misinformation you're trying to spread.
 
Yea apparently with the time this guy has on earth, his words mean more than that of YEARS of science and research.

I am not trying to be an ass bro, because I do agree there is a lot of recycled info out there. BUT, what you are doing is starving yourself most of the time, and its not healthy. You are losing LBM faster than you think.

Open your eyes and your mind bro.

Either way, keep posting weekly updates like you promised. Get your bodyfat tested on a regular basis and be sure to give all the details. We want to know about your progress (or lack thereof)
