i was cursed with a slow metabolism thats why i have to eat so low. ill be doing refeeds once a week or more but not going much over 200 grams of carbs maybe 250 at max

i think tall people have lower metabolisms?????
 
Decreasing your calories will lead to a slower metabolism to compensate for the decrease in calories. Tis true bro. Plus you got abs...I saw em in your pic!

You want to get shredded then adjust your workouts to a more aerobic / plyometric workout @ around 2000 K a day over 8 small meals.

Agreed about the bloat, but you're adorable, not ugly in the least. ;)

I'm going to parrot everyone else here and say that your calories look way too low, but only you know what works for your body. If you're coming from higher calories and different training, simply reducing calories and changing your training should yield noticeable fat loss. I would also recommend that you not go balls-out with sprints now, instead waiting until fat loss slows to really get crazy. 15 weeks is an awfully long time to be doing the same routine. Maybe one session of sprints per week (far away from leg day) to start, and one of long duration low intensity cardio.

well today i did a refeed!

I had one box of uncle sam cereal with contained 25 grams of flaxseeds and 150 carbs, i also had some protien powder today too

so my totals for this refeed were 112 grams of protien 25 grams of fat and 200 carbs

i did the refeed so soon because i already felt flat so soon, technicly this is like my 5th day on the diet so i refeeded on what you see above.

tommorrow im thinking about only eatin protien with little carbs and next to no fats

ceebs good advice on the cardio. im very scared that i may overtrain doing sprints and lifting weights. I may hit up something like a 5 mile run once a week so i can build up some endurance. THANKS

im getting even better results than expected! i switched the ratios up a tad i cant wait to show my week number two diet pics on wednesday. hell in this 4 days since i last posted i swear i looked like ive dropped a 1 and half percent body fat already!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!im extactic to say the least. im finally gonna be able to get ripped abs and maintain them, i finally figured out what works for me i think i have dropped one or 2 pounds of bodyweight, but i definitly notice my abs are tighter than 4 days ago for shure

on my new ratios i dropped protien even further, but STILL strength IS HOLDING WELL, i havent lost shit so far!!!!!

my new ratios are as follows...............

140 grams of protien 100 grams of carbs and about 10 grams of fat


believe it or not, i feel fantastic on this diet. my metabolism feels high i dont feel sluggish because i am getting plenty of carbs. it takes a while to get into the groove of a diet like this but once your there its no sweat!

i changed my carb choices as well. they mainly come from canned greenbeans then canned diced tomatoes an onion or two a day maybe half a cucumber a day somedays a can of spinach every other day i may have 1 cup of total cereal with no milk. but i drink about 2 cups of milk a day, I like to put that in my protien shakes.


i have also added cardio 20 min a day running up hill on the treadmill level 15 and also sprinting like every 3 days


im drinking plenty of water and still taking alot of creatine and glutamine

i think every few days i will bum up the carbs and fats some, but ill keep my protien where its at for now:shocked: :shocked: :mix:
 
ok i binged on carbs once on late saturday night and again tonite(monday night). i think i know why, i wasnt getting enough water i hate drinking water and that makes me hungry. ive been doing cardio about everyday. i ran in the snow 8 miles sunday morning cause i felt extremly guilty for the binge.

i plan on probably doing about 5 miles of cardio a day mixed in with sprints, maybe ill just do 4 miles of running and then sprints i dont know yet

but here is my NEW diet

i will be drinking 1 gallon of skim milk and eat as much cabbage seasoned with paprika as i want :) and thats IT!

hopefully all this liquid will help me out and keep me from being all dry mouthed

a gallon of my skim milk has

128 grams of protien

176 grams of carbs

its kinda funny, the ratios fit perfectly into my diet

notice im not getting one gram of fat here. i may do like a load of fishoil one day im not shure ill see what happens. my mind is constantly going so im coming up with new strategies


here are my week 2 diet pics as promised i have gotten a tad leaner especially on the legs and stomach it seems, i feel i wouldve gotten alot better results if i would have sticked to my damn diet and not binged but now i know why i screwed up

why are you trippin on me

im in perfect health

i can run 4 miles in 27 min.

some people are not blessed like others that can get away with eating 2000-4000 calories and and stay lean i wish i could eat that much but i cant get away with it but if im bulking i can easily eat 5000 calories a day and blow up to about 270 and not get much fatter but gain muscle as well. at least im not like the majority of people that go to steroids and get gyno and get these bloated up fat assed faces from using test lol. fuck that. i feel sorry for them. i know my metabolism is lower but im cool with that. when your metabolism is lower it slows the aging process anyways and hell im loosing fat and keeping muscle

ive seen studies from the optimum nutrition labs and my protien requirments are just a TAD below what they would require for a strength athlete.which means my nitrogen balance is even or just below, which is expected

im not trying to be mr olympia my goals are to be one of those ripped dudes on a magazine.
 
You are allowed to fuel your body as you see fit and I am allowed to worry.

Checked out your pics... You have the nearly the same build as I do and the same goals... I want to drop some chest fat, love handles, and lower abs.

The reason Im responding is that Im curious have you ever tried a Keto diet? I tend to feel sluggish when I eat carbs and a keto diet helps with that. If you have tried a low-carb diet, how were your results? You diet now is sorta strange.... with such little fat, could be harmful...

Are you taking ECA or NYC? I wouldnt recommend Creatine and ECA, the caffine cancels out the effects of the Creatine....

Anyway, how is progress with that diet? let me know if you've found anything good for cutting lower abs and chest fat...
