ok i binged on carbs once on late saturday night and again tonite(monday night). i think i know why, i wasnt getting enough water i hate drinking water and that makes me hungry. ive been doing cardio about everyday. i ran in the snow 8 miles sunday morning cause i felt extremly guilty for the binge.
i plan on probably doing about 5 miles of cardio a day mixed in with sprints, maybe ill just do 4 miles of running and then sprints i dont know yet
but here is my NEW diet
i will be drinking 1 gallon of skim milk and eat as much cabbage seasoned with paprika as i want

and thats IT!
hopefully all this liquid will help me out and keep me from being all dry mouthed
a gallon of my skim milk has
128 grams of protien
176 grams of carbs
its kinda funny, the ratios fit perfectly into my diet
notice im not getting one gram of fat here. i may do like a load of fishoil one day im not shure ill see what happens. my mind is constantly going so im coming up with new strategies
here are my week 2 diet pics as promised i have gotten a tad leaner especially on the legs and stomach it seems, i feel i wouldve gotten alot better results if i would have sticked to my damn diet and not binged but now i know why i screwed up
one thing i hate is drinking water! but now im forced to get in alot of water from the milk i drink
