Good look with your diet and watch the dairy, it tends to cause bloating in some.


yes i may cut out the dairy and replace it with something else. good thought! i kinda forgot milk tends to bloat

im thinking about doing my quick fix diet 2 days out of the week to switch stuff up.

i agree with you on refeeds, but just dont over do it and dont refeed on processed or sugary foods
 
damn dude, yer like the exact build i want. but im stil a little chunky. gotta drop about 10 more pounds of fat. good luck on the abs :D

i just turned 22 on february 10th :bday: :bday: yayyyy:p

theres a guy at my gym that used to play in the xfl but he is at my height hes a black dude and you can kinda tell he took juice cause he looks like paul dillet and has curled up spagetti viens like him but the guy is about 275 at 6feet7 and about 7 percent bodyfat. i dont think i can get that big without gettin fat but that fokkker looks huuuuyyyyyyuge

I turned to the darkside pretty quick cause I got started a little late and I'm in a hurry, lol.

thanks bro! how tall are you? what kind of diet are you doing?

another thing on the steroids is that i notice alot of guys get bloated faces and really fat faces when they are on that shit and it stays like that forever, an that is something i do not want because im already an ugly bastard:evil: :freak: :evil:

also i dont want to get gyno, because i already tend to collect most of my fat in my chest and my ass cheeks hheeheh. i hate that fucken chest fat and it seems to only go away when my bodyfat is super low,

hopefully i can loose a good 20-25 pounds of fat and be a shredded 4-5% bodyfat at 6feet6 220 pounds!

hey, pics lookin pretty good, I feel your pain about the abs ;) .. seems almost everywhere on my body my fat levels are pretty low except it just like doubles right on my stomach lol.. so.. what I'm doing is I'm just gonna eat a shitload and train hard.. then come first week of april I'm gonna do some hardcore dieting to try n cut off all the uneeded fat.. just wondering about why the fat levels are so low? have you considered taking maybe a bit of flax oil or something.. not saying you should... just wondering what your reasoning is for such low amounts of fat.. perhaps just because of high calorie content.. I haven't been weightlifiting very long.. like about a month... been using lots of plant proteins and I've been getting crazy gains.. from soy milk, soy protein powders, pb, kidney beans, whole wheat... I'm not too worried about carbs, typically I eat a shitload of carbs early in the day 8am-4pm and I'm pretty active, so I'm probably safe.. I do alot of kung fu practice, running etc.. anyway.. good luck.. I hope you succeed

I'm 6'4" 217 pounds. Ive dropped a good 30 pounds of fat in the past 5 months. I could stand to be 210, but I still need to get my bodyfat tested. I'm still only 17 though so I got time to get in shape. I'm on a high protein diet right now, eat about 15 grams of carbs a day if that. I was told by another person on the board that I should lessen my protein intake a little and eat a few more carbs because the protein will get turned into fat if I eat too much. I still got a lot to learn though.
 
like i originally said, your calories are still too low. Try some yohimburn or any yohimbe supplement to combat the a2 related fat, you could also run some liquidex along with your diet to combat it.
