Ive been trying to start a low carb diet to help lower my body fat from around 11.5 to around 8-9%. What are some good snacks and meal ideas to help attain this goal. I need more help with snacks because ive always munched on bagels and bread. Lookin to lose the extra fat to make my abdominals and pecs more noticeable. Thanks All
