D-bol - Answer a ? for me!!!

Ok, a friend of mine who has used D-bol for a long time said it was better to take 5 tabs all at once before bed. Now if I'm correct, the life of D-bol is 5 hrs max, so I thought it was better to spread them out throughout the day....

So whats the deal???

If I take them all a once I start gettin ichy nips, so I take 2 for breakfast and 3 before I workout.

If you want to do all 5 at once do the before you work out, just my .02
