Just wondering how many cals/lb bodyweight you guys start out with on a CKD diet. I'm prone to going into starvation mode pretty quickly, so could I start with, say, 14 X bodyweight, and work my way down from there, and add cardio and thermos as needed? Or should I start out lower? Just don't wanna screw my metabolism up any more than i have in the past with stupid LOW cal diets. Thanx guys and gals.
