That's a good point man, getting a blood work done crossed my mind too. Though I'm not sure if the doctor will just recommend I lose weight and eat healthier or will actually prescribe me some t, I'm 26 btw.

Thanks, I'll go ahead and create one. Quick question, should I log what I have been doing in the past or create a log of new workouts. I don't want to repeat the same mistakes I made in terms of lifting/diet going forward.

@danf22 you should do a log what you did in the past and start doing things forward
so we can see history and past of what you doing
please start asap
