fresh update for chest training and few sets of Bis. I am gonna start training bis lil more often hard to get them to grow way I like so we gonna try new approach to them.. So I hit them with about 8-10 sets with chest then will train them again next day or 2 days later with Tris...

Diet has stayed tight for me. I did go through another solid 22 hour fast before this workout so not much for Food on this update...

Hammer inc press 120lbs at 25 reps
160lbs at 18 reps
200lbs at 12 reps

Incline Dbell press 75lb dbells at 20 reps
75lb dbells at 18 reps
75 lb dbell at 18 reps
75lb dbell 16 reps heaviest dbells they got so have to make due with them

Dip Machine 160lbs at 20 reps
180lbs at 18 reps
200lbs at 16 reps

Idsolated curl mach 70lbs at 20 reps
80lbs at 18 reps
90lbs at 14 reps
100lbs at 12 reps

LF Chest press 100lbs at 18 reps
120lbs at 14 reps
135lbs at 10 reps
140lbs at 7 reps

dbell curls 30lbs d bells 20 reps per arm
40lb dbells 16 reps
50lbs at 12 reps
50lbs at 12 reps

Preacher curls 80lbs at 18 reps
110lbs at 12 reps
125lbs at 8 reps


Pump just sick af. Had to leave felt like my delts were about to tear the pump so intense. felt like a insulin pump. Crazy Cant wait to feel punmp with Drol and Tren. I get wicked sick pumps off Drol and dont bloat much and with Tren it should be sick. Think I am gonna add Drol at 50mg daily starting next week and might bump to 75mg for last 3 weeks of 6 weeks of drol. Will hit tren ace at 100mg eod with it..

PEDs will look like this....

EQ 600mg weekly
NPP 100mg weekly (joints)
Sust 500mg weekly
Tren ace 300mg weekly
Anadrol 50mg ed bump to 75mg in 3weeks
HGH at 2ius right now bumping to 4ius next week when tren and drol get added.....

taking my supps as usual and feeling really good. try and get a Pic up i next few days. sitting at 206lbs got to be close to single digit BF% right now. Gonna stay on clean bulk another 6 weeks then going to start the cut.

220lbs at 16 reps
240lbs at 12 reps
240lbs at 12 reps cant take weight any higher here because I cant get the weight to move to get to the seat im not heavy enough\..

Hammer Rows 240lbs at 18 reps
280lbs at 15 reps
300lbs at 12 reps
300lbs at 12 reps machine pinned out max weight here

fell strongest I have ever been and added in androl and Tren yesterday.

Diet got screwed up today due to work. Food was clean just not enough so I pulled fast. doing fast once a week

8am muscle milk and oats

10am ham and rice

1230pm italian hoagie on wheat bread

200pm muscle milk last thing I took until 8am today.

definitely getting in your protein but what about your vitamins and minerals
They all there bro. Run n2guard take multi plus take all digestive stuff take vitamin c and d. Takin p5p tudca etc. Take green veggie pills too
