Can someone do a Calorie count for me plz?

Hey Guys,

Iv'e tried to work out the cals in my diet but cant find the info on some of the foods.

An N-Large Shake has '620 Cals/52 Pro'
Protein Shake has '130 Cals/36 Pro'

Can some one give me a cal estimate on this diet plz.

Code:
Breakfast - 8:00am
	1 * Cereal
	1 * Toast with peanutbutter
	1 * Protein Shake


Snack - 11:00am
	1 * N-Large shake 
	1 * Fruit


Lunch - 1:00pm
	Rice/Pasta/Potatoes with chicken/steak/tuna with sweetcorn/peas/veges


Snack - 4:00pm
	1 * N-Large shake 
	1 * Fruit


Tea - 6:30pm
	Rice/Pasta/Potatoes with chicken/steak/tuna with sweetcorn/peas/veges
	

Gym - 6:30 to 7:15/7:30
	4 * tbsp of Honey
	1 * Protein Shake


Snack - 9/10pm
	1 * N-Large shake

I would love to try an help you but first you have to give portion size?

How much cereal and what kind?
What kind of bread and what kind of peanutbutter and how much?
What kind of fruit?
How much Rice,Pasta?
How many Potatoes an what kind?
Chicken how many and what size?
Steak what size?

Most of the stuff you are eating should have the Nutrition infomation on the label if you follow the portions

without the food and just the shakes your cal's are:
2120 cals
198 protien
Brown rice 3/4 cup 163 cals
3.7 protein
Minute rice 2/3 cup 117 cals
3.1 protein
peanutbutter skippy 1tbsp 83 cals
3.7 protein
 
ok here goes:

Cereal - Kellogs Bran Flakes - 1 large bowl
Toast - whole meal bread, sunpat peanutbutter
Rice - 1/2 cup brown
Pasta - 1 cup
Potatoe - 1 large jacket
Tuna - 100g Dried
Steak - 6oz
Fruit - Bannana
Sweetcorn - 100g
Peas - 100g

Im not after a spot on count, just to with 200/300.

This is just some totals, I'm not sure how you cook your stuff. But this may help a bit good luck.

It goes -Cal-Pro-Carb all grams.

Cereal - Kellogs Bran Flakes 1 cup
133.3 - 4.0 - 32

Toast - whole meal bread -can't find whole meal so i'll post whole wheat bread
69 - 3.0 - 13

sunpat peanutbutter - no sunpat but skippy 1TBSP
83 - 3.7 - 2.4


Brown Rice - 1/2 cup brown
109 - 2.5 - 22

Pasta - 1 cup - not sure what kind so here is vermicelli 85g dry
310 - 63 - 105

Potatoe - 1 large jacket
115 - 2.0 - 27


Tuna - 100g Dried - not sure what kind
95/116 - 22/27 - 0

Steak - 6oz - not sure how you cook it
494 - 2.7 - 0

Fruit - Bannana - med size
108.6 - 1.6 - 27.5


Sweetcorn - 100g - Corn sweet raw
132 - 5 - 29

Peas - 100g - snow peas raw 1 cup
41.9 - 2.7 - 7.6

I hope this helps you with you counts it's the best I could do.
