I am just going to start to flood this with questions & comments & requests for help, so please bare with me ...
I was going to still look into private instruction for yoga & pilates to help with conditioning for the posing, and to help me look long, lean & flexible ... when I don't stretch properly I feel short & tight (perfect example hip flexors from sitting all day.) I am seriously considering paying someone for some sessions, either at my gym or spa 2-3 times a week to MAKE me commit to those aspects of my training. I think it will also help sanity issues.
