Another strong day in the gym. Increased my reps on the incline from sets of 8 to sets of 10 on all 3 sets. Increased my weight on Machine Flys by 15lbs and Tricep Extensions by 15 lbs. The sky is the limit!!! Tomorrow is back day so got to eat and recover. Everyone have a nice weekend!!!

150x6 Shoulder pain stopped early
Went 30 lbs more on my shoulder presses today and did close grip bench for the first time since late Janurary. Was a very strong workout. Drastically increased my weight on Tricep ext and hammer curls today 15 lbs on each exercise. Had some shoulder pain on my last set of bicep curls so I stopped short and called it a day. It was my last set and exercise anyway but didnt want to do the full 10 reps and risk anything. Have 2 days off from the gym coming up so hopefully the IGF-1 and GH will speed up the healing which I believe it will. Most likely just strain from doing close grip bench as its my front delt where its a little sore. Ok everyone have a good day of lifting.

Had a good pump going today. Have to take my wife to get an injection in her neck tomorrow so wont be lifting again until Friday. Nice to have an extra day off when your moving big boy weights around. Need the extra time off to heal. Most likely going to start doing higher volume when the wife starts back again so we will be more or less training like a bodybuilder from here on out. Since she is my training partner we like to train the same way in every workout together. Its all about sacrifices for our loved ones. It will be a new experience for both of us. Most likely going to stay away from squats for a while and reintroduce deadlifts again in a couple weeks. Light weight baby!!!
Also done with the Masteron. Last week was my last shot at 100mg. Most likely not going to use it for another year unless I find I need it for erections while on NPP.

@RoidRage69 110% agreed you can step on stage easy at 250lbs. Crowdfund possible but 100k a bit highCan’t bulk forever. I have a plan to be stage ready at 250+ in 24 months or less. Need to lose about 20-25 lbs of fat before starting another bulk. If you all want to start a crowdfund for $100k I would consider trying to get to 300 lbs but I won’t put my body through hell for nothing.

It’s hardly fair to compare young kids who train 12 months a year to somone like myself that has never been able to train more than 6 months per year due to my job. To me size matters and they will never be able to put on the amount of muscle I plan on putting on over the next couple years. I am just getting going on my hypertrophy phase while they have been for years. Ive never trained for size, I’ve only trained strength.Thats why they are IFBB pros bro @RoidRage69 they dont do a lot of weight and have better genetics and diet

I still think seeing the mass monsters bulking is pretty damn impressive. Saw Dorian Yates on stage guest posing one year at 300+ lbs. was pretty impressive.a lot of those guys look so much better on their social media

Felt a good pump today. Went very light in todays training. Should heal up really fast. Taking the weekend off to grow. Today is the last day of the cycle. Took my last shot of 250mg Test and 150mg NPP. Monday I will start back up on TRT at 200mg per week and see how that goes. Most likely just going to do one shot per week as I am not concerned about levels going up and down. Everyone have a good weekend!!!

I think I will taper the proviron to 1 tab per day starting tomorrow and then cut it completely by weeks end.
