Got out 25% more reps today with the same weight on incline hammer strength press. I could have done 12 reps on the first set, but didnt want to risk injury. Every week I am considerably stronger. Pump was insane today. Ate 2 slices pizza 3 hours before hitting the gym today along with 2X Robert Irvine Fit Crunch bars. My appetite is incredible right now. Will be eating two meals of oatmeal,raisins, honey, milk, protein powder, collagen, and walnuts this afternoon. Dinner will be leftover pizza followed by Strawberry Shortacke, protein drink, and maybe some waffles. Keeping carbs around 500 grams today and protein about 250-300. Will be doing cardio only tomorrow and Sunday a day of rest. Will eat much less carbs this weekend and keep protein between 300-350 grams.

Cut the StairMaster short as I started getting a cramp in my right hamstring. Sweated pretty good today. I feel hot and sweaty in all my training situations now. Must be a bump in my metabolism? Goal for the weekend is to eat clean and keep carbs low. IGF-1 starts on Monday.
 
where do you get dry aged strip?
I dry age it using dry aging bags from Amazon.
i dont think i've ever eaten dry aged. whats the difference?
It concentrates the flavor as it loses about 25% of its water weight. It also get really tender. Best steak I’ve ever had. Fancy restaurants charge a fortune for it.

Well here it goes. First of all I would like to give a big thank you to Gearhead, PSL, and ~Vision~ for making this all possible. I won't let you guys down. It will be my honor to show you what is possible when you put your time, energy, mind, and life to it. Time to put back on all the muscle I lost during the last few months of cutting and then some. I am hoping to gain 15-20 lbs during the next 3 months. I will be updating the log after every training session including cardio only days. I lift 3-4 days per week intense Dorian Yates style training on most days. I am also re-introducing deadlifts and squats back into the routine. As long as the shoulder stays healthy I hope to be shooting for a world record in the deadlift for my age and weight class in the next 24 months. 730lbs is the goal on a stiff bar. I am also interested in possibly getting on stage in bodybuilding at some point as long as I feel I have the amount of muscle mass to destroy the comp. This is going to be my first cycle in a calorie surplus in over 25 years. Will be interesting to see how my body responds to not being in a 1500 cal deficit like it has been for the last 6 months. Muscle Memory will play a significant role in this cycle. This current 12 months stint in the gym is the longest Ive ever gone without having to stop for months on end. I feel I have 50lbs of muscle left to fill out on my frame for my genetic limits. Will be a long 24-36 month process of backing and filling. This is the current cycle for the next 12 weeks:

300 Test Enanthate/week
300 Masteron Enanthate/week
300 NPP/week
3IU HGH/day
40-50mcg IGF-1 LR3 after lifting workouts only 4 weeks on 2 weeks off
50mg Proviron/day
10mg Cialis before lifting workouts only

As you can see I believe in low dosage cycles. I feel its the best way to build long term muscle without losing any gains when going off cycle. I also dont use an AI as I feel it hinders gains. Using Masteron and Proviron as my "AI". Will only use aromasin if its absolutely needed. I feel this cycle will be a nice dry bulk with no water retention. Ive been on HGH at 3IU for over 3 months now. I feel it gives me an extra couple days of recovery per week.

All products are from PSL and are EuroPharmacies except for the IGF-1 LR3. I have used PSL/Europharmacies for all my gear and its all top notch Extremely potent gear. I would vouch for them any time.

Calories will be between 2000-3000 per day. Will be carb cycling on lifting days. Cardio only days will be maintenance or slight deficit with low carbs. Protein will be around 300 grams per day. This will be a lean bulk. Not looking to gain any fat. Most protein will come from Steak, Chicken, Tuna, Salmon, Protein Shakes, Catalina Crunch, Fairlife Protien Drink, as well as homemade Protein Ice Cream. Carbs will come mostly from rice, oatmeal, sweet potatoes, milk, pineapple, banana, and some type of bread for sandwiches. I also make sure and get around 50 grams fiber per day as well as pre and probiotics. Tons of liver support herbs and vitamins.

Current Training Split. 2 days on 2 days off. Sometimes we get an extra day so we only take 1 day off between some sessions instead of 2. Pretty much every 7-8 days per workout. All depends on the workweek. I also train with my lovely wife who is a top 5 national level powerlifter so it makes for a challenging workout when she forces reps on me. We try and outdo each other so its pretty competitive.

Back/deadlift/traps
Arms/Delts.

Anyway thats the gist of it all and here's to some amazing gains over the course of the next 12 weeks!!!

I am considering using either Tbol or Anavar in place of the Masteron. Leaning on Tbol. What do you guys and gals think? Started IGF-1 LR3 and DES today. Will be taking on lifting days only after workouts. Will be going DES with each of the first 2 meals and then the LR3 on my 3rd meal of the day. Will go 3-4 weeks followed by another 2 weeks off.

Been taking over 10,000mg of pure Omega3 fatty acids everyday for over a year now. Will back off on my training, ice more, and use my elbow sleeve when pressing hard. Will also do more hammer curls as those seem to be the best on the elbow. Will also not do any arm work on back or chest day.
 
20 grams collagen everyday along with my joint supplements.
Hmmm I'm actually surprised the gh or 1gf isn't helping any, I know myself after taking gear I get sore elbows but never had that issue when nautral, who knows, I just keep and eye on it.

Its called old age. Its not a big deal really. It happens all the time when the weights get heavy. You have to remember I have increased my weights tremendously since starting this cycle last month. Some lifts have gone up over 30% in one month.

Elbow feels much better today. Iced good and took anti-inflamatories last night before bed. Eating plenty of carbs and taking GH and IGF should help heal faster. Was much stronger again!!! Can't believe how much more reps I got on my shoulder press. Last week I got sets of 10,8,7 Today did 3 sets of 12. A huge difference in amount of reps. Next week will have to bump up the weight to 320 and give it a ride with elbow sleeves and wrist wraps. Went easy on tris and bis today. Wanted to give the elbows a little rest. Started tbol today. Took 20mg before workout. Will take 40mg per day.

That is very true, you have gotten really strong in a short time frame, you going ti keep pushing to get stronger or you plan on backing off a bit with the elbow? My mindset I'd keep pushing but everyone is different.

yeah overall would you honestly recommend LR3 or nah?
Absolutely I would. I think it is awesome stuff. It definitely works. Using both the LR3 and DES versions right now. 40mcg of LR3 and 80mcg of DES in the 4 hour window after my workout. Decided to settle on 40mcg of LR3 with first meal following workout and then 40mcg of DES with each of the next two meals spaced 2 hours apart. So basically LR3 and then 2 hours later DES and then 2 hours after that the final shots of DES. DES will always go into the delts. Those are the ones I am targeting the most and I feel will be the best thing to bring up on my body. My delts are getting strong pretty fast right now.
 
Definitely agree that bone broth is way better than supplementing collagen
Its pretty convenient and cheap to buy the collagen peptides from Costco. 34 20 gram servings for under $30. Dont have to worry about storing bones in the freezer and no prep at all.
