This was an intense workout. Doing 8 sec reps is evil. It really tests your limits. Should be a good growth spurt over the next few weeks even though the IGF DES will end today and IGF-LR3 will likely end on Monday followed by a two week absence and then start up again for one last 4 week stint.

Absolutely. The most painful part is going slow on the positive part. It’s easy to go slow on the negative.

@RoidRage69 I do 16 weeks IGF1 followed by 2 weeks off and 2 weeks fasting to clear our igf (not full 2 weeks fasted but 2/2), helps get super lean and stay that way while replenishing natural igf bro

I thought it was not a good idea to go more than 4-6 weeks straight. So you have no side effects going 16 weeks on? Should I just stay on then for another 8 weeks as that is how much IGF I have left in fridge and then take a break from it?

Taking Taurine just to make sure I can push through the workout without too much pain. Will be taking 2 days off for cardio and then back on Thursday. Today also marks the last shot of IGF for a couple weeks before going back on for another 4 week stint to close out my bulk. Lets all get huge together bros and sisters!!!

i've never had much luck with taurine, its okay
I am wondering if its dose dependent or on an empty stomach. I have idea if it works or not, but they claim it does so I will just use before each workout and with a few meals per day and before bed.

Another brutal slow rep day. Elbow tendonitis flairing up again. Its manageble though. Just have to tough it out and push through it. Will be going for 500 grams carbs and 300 grams protein. Eating plenty of oatmeal and whey protein powder as well as white rice. Will be making another daily batch of high protein ice cream tonight. Ok everyone have a nice strong finish to the week. Lift big and get bigger!!!

elbows be careful i had some issues with mine for years

Til the end of May. I will then go 6 weeks
of TRT 150-200mg per week. Planning my cutting cycle for mid July for 8 weeks.

Looking at doing
400mg Test E
200mg Tren E or Ace
200mg NPP
50mg Anavar
Semaglutide

It’s possible I might change the 400mg test and go with 200mg DHB and 200mg Test E. I am a firm believer in stacking multiple compounds in lower doses. Each compound has specific advantages over others.

With all the amazing food you make, it is going to be a great tool for the community to get some ideas when cutting. Can't wait to see you in that phase.
With semaglutide in the cut I can imagine most of my cals will be liquid protein and carbs. Glucose polymers and whey protein after workouts most likely. Need easy to digest sources. I had a hard time eating 1500 cals per day last time. So that will be pretty boring and not something I will be taking photos of.

@RoidRage69 stick with trenbolone enanthate if you have a test enan base. And if you cut in july why not go for full 12 week cutter? you'll get super lean maybe down to 230-240 range.

Went up a full plate on each side on the cybex leg press today. Got the same amount of reps out with the ultra slow 8 sec count. Was brutal. Legs are jello. Will be shooting for about 700 grams carbs today and about 200 grams protein.
 
I will plan for 8-12 weeks and see how it goes.
@RoidRage69 if you're sticking to 200mgs of trenbolone 8-9 weeks is fine
I get some anger issues on tren so I never go over 8

The older I get the smarter I become. If I had done 3 sets of each excercise I would have likely been overtrained today. Never did get my 700 grams of carbs in yesterday. Only hit about 550. Today will be about 500 grams. Protein will stay about 250 which is plenty for me to grow on.

Bulk has been paying off for you big time 💪
I like to go the path of least resistance. When it slows down layoff and start cutting. When the cutting slows down lay off and start bulking again or at least maintain.

Decided we were due for a deload as I am not concerned about gaining any more strength or weight so I dropped the Tbol yesterday and am taking this day to just deload and off during the weekend. I have as much muscle and strength as anytime in the last 30 years so I am happy with how things are moving along. Going sideways is not a bad idea for the next few weeks. IGF-1 starts back up again on Monday for a month so I am sure I will continue to put on size without hardly trying. Not sure if we will deload legs on Monday or not. All depends how the body feels after this weekend. Have a nice weekend everyone!!!
