Lol I've been slack with updating works been intense. Ok so I've dropped a bit of water weight and sitting at 203lbs I started my winny a few days ago (late due to a few problems) feeling really good eating at a maintenence level with my diet. My bodyfat is going down and body is starting to shape nicely. Looking to stay around the same weight n get the body fat a lil lower but any size increase I'm fine with.
