GYM!!! Shoulders and abs...

m2: 2 scoops protein, 1 tsp glutamine, 1 tsp creatine, 1 scoop powerade
m3: 6 oz chicken, lettuce, mushroom, onion, walnuts
m4: 5 oz chicken, lettuce, sliced apple, dried cherries, walnuts
m5: 1 scoop protein, 4 egg whites
m6: 1 scoop protein, 2 tbl ANPB

I know you're not big on posting your workouts anymore, but would you mind sharing what you and Tre do for shoulders? My delts are finally starting to show some capping and I want to see if I can work my shoulders a bit harder to get them to round out more. Any help would be much appreciated.

***WOw soreness from the workout today is already settin in, especially in the tri's and still feel shoulders from yesterday, and well whole upper back just feels stiff, ummm kinda like a board (thats how to describe it, right T :lmao: )

m4: 1 oz almonds
m5: 5 oz "cranberry" chicken, lettuce, mushroom, onion, sweet potato croutons
m6: 4 egg whites, walnuts
m7: 1 scoop protein, 2 tbl ANPB

Total: 1745
