Just slightly. And it seems to stick out normally when I am unflexed. There is zero fat on it. But under my shirt, it looks like I have a very high gut sometimes.

Anyone else have this problem?

Make your chest bigger.

Stop working your abs.

Wear looser shirts.

try making it a habbit to suck in, instead of pushout.

this should cure your "irish belly syndrome"
 
incorporate stomach vacuums into your ab routine.

I wouldnt stop working abs though.
 
Doesnt Bridges and the thing where you lay down and lift ur legs 6 inches and hold also work these interior muscles that bring your stomach in?
