So you want to quit the Lifestyle!

Once you get to a certain point, I don't think quitting is an option. I know when I can't go to the gym for extended periods depression sets in, my sleep goes to heck in a hand basket, and my attitude with people gets very short. I plan to gym as long as my body will let me. Actually, talked to the wife about this and she recommended when I retire, I become a personal trainer. Work out for an hour or two a day and then train 2-3 people a day. Be done before lunch every day. It would be nice if by that time the US has backed off on the laws concerning gear and my experience (Good and Bad) could be used to help others.
 
I think quitting is the easiest thing to do. Then it will be very difficult to return to the old results.
