Excerpt: Ok, just my opinon here. You can get bigger doing very low sets, 1-2, couple or even one exercise per bodypart. And thus doing very short workouts. But I just find that doing more sets, really pumping up, still going heavy - 6-8 reps, makes me look more toned, more vascular, denser. And so training longer say 90 minutes.
What do people think?

Ok, just my opinon here. You can get bigger doing very low sets, 1-2, couple or even one exercise per bodypart. And thus doing very short workouts. I've always have gotten better results with a greater number of sets with moderate reps.
