Which brand of ALA and Ginger root do you guys use???

Just curious as to which brands work best. I am always looking for quality but I was wondering if some of these deals on ALA powder(50grams for like $16) and the 300mg tabs(180 tabs for $28) were good quality products.

I just ordered from kilosports and I'm happy with the service. For ginger root I just hit the local walmart.

if you are talking about beyond a century, there products are top notch, they are cheaper becasue they are in bulk form. Ask for a COA if you are nervous.

I was refering to them as for the powder. But I think its nurtiteam of some shit that has the 300mg caps.

I came across a pretty good deal (its rare) at GNC for the ginger root. They were 60 gelcaps per bottle and 1000mg/gelcap. It was the extract and not just ginger root.
I can't remember the price but it was good. I'd reccomend going online though.
