What Roids should I buy, For my first cycle

Cycling is not gonna help your goals of getting a bigger body. Sorry to disappoint you, but heavy cycling(you said you were an avid cyclist, LOL, anyone catch that?) will undermine your goals of getting a bigger upper body. Endurance type activities are the worst thing you can do if you want real muscular size. If you absolutely have to cycle, then do short, intense sprints for less than 30 minutes after warmup, no long distance rides. Then stop and get a good post workout recovery drink with whey protein and mix it with lowfat milk, L-glutamine and creatine and take it 30 minutes or sooner after your workouts. Try to get 50 grams protein and 75 or more grams carbs. Don't do the sprints more than twice a week. Most of these guys know what they're talking about here for the most part. TRain your legs. Heavy cycling doesn't count for leg training. The body likes to maintain a certain amount of balance between the upper body and lower body for the most part and building up your legs will only help build your upperbody. Heavy parallel squats are probably your best bet. 5x5 is a good set plan. You can either do some warmups sets and then do all 5 sets with the same weight, or increase the weight each set until you reach your max weight for 5 reps on the 5th set. When you can do all 5 sets of 5 reps, add 5lbs. Simple and effective. Increase you calories per day by 500 to start and make sure that comes mostly from protein and complex carbs. If you ask guys about what roids to take when you are an obvious inexperienced lifter, you are gonna get the same response, " learn more, train harder, train the WHOLE body, EAT and SLEEP more. When you say it si virtually impossible for you to gain more weight it shows you have no clue. Personally, bulking up imho is VERY easy. Eat more total calories than you normally do by ingesting more quality protein, complex carbs and EFA's. If you aren't gaining weight by at least half a pound a week, then increaswe the calories by another 100 per day for the week. REpeat until you start gaining and monitor you weight gain progress. WAtch your midsection for to rapid gaining because you want to gain muscle, not fat. When you get your priorities, training, ad diet in order, then maybe try some prohormone cycles if that is your bag and if you do, be responsible and serious about it, and research it. Then after that after you have gained alot and learned alot which you should, then maybe use roids, but again, be serious about it. I have never used roids and I am on my first prohormone cycle with 1-AD and I am serious about it and treat it with respect. Prohormones and especially pro-steroids and straight up steroids are no joke and need to be treated with the proper respect. You don't just go HEY YO! I want the strongest stuff out there so I can make the most extreme gains. That is dumb. Crawl before you walk. Sit before you crawl. Lay before you sit. See what I'm saying? Baby steps.

P.S. Not trying to sound like a know it all especially since I am new to EF forums, but I like to give a decent amount of info to people rather than short or terse answers. Call me long-winded. :inflate:

You need to throw about 250 grams of protien into that carb fest. Eggs, Beef, Fish(which are high in omega 3 fatty acids which natually raise testosterone), and dairy are all good sources. You are what you eat. You gonna be a wet noodle or a beefsteak?

To break it down for ya bro....you came on the board way too hyped up like a guy who's ready to pump all kinds of shit into his system without any kind of first hand knowledge on AAS, so the responses are not surprising! If you came on board with a softer approach, you would have received different responses and probably the information you were hoping for! Not trying to preach, but I had to say it!!! :cool:

so far i have been gaining roughly 10# a year fo rthe past 4, and the biggest thing is i changed my eating

Those are some pretty decent gains...whats your test levels at?

RESEARCH BRO!!!! if you did, you wouldn't be asking these questions. how long have u been working out btw? I wouldn't touch juice if you haven't been seriously training longer than 5-7 years...i didn't touch them until my 12th year of seriously working out and making no gains!

Plain and simple you are not eating enough and if you are your eating the wrong things. You cant say you eat alot if you eat fast food candy etc... All that stuff is fat and salt and more nasty yummies in their. You need protein and all the good stuff your body is made of like veggies all of them always fresh 3 servings a day,Fruits fresh daily 1-2 serv. a day, Meats chicken, Fish, and red meat only lean cuts of red meat only as well these should be large serveings also eggs only eat egg whites. Also try supplementing with whey protein 100% with low carbs and mix with fat free milk. Use some of this knowledge and run with it all you'll gain weight bro and muscle weight cause your feeding your muscles. I havent seen any giant muscle bound ronald mcdonalds running around he is always pale and has red hair I.E. he is what happens to you when you dont eat right. So gobble in the good home made leans and eat like a pig and hit the weights for a whole 2-3 months you'll be looking like a well hung bull. Also here is my eating schedual:

Breakfast = 2 cups egg whites with 1 cup oatmeal or brown rice
Snack = Chicken salad w/honey
Lunch = Alligator Meat Steak w/ Veggies
Snack = GNC Whey ISO Burst
Extra Snack = Fruit mixed 1-2lbs
Dinner = Alligator Meat Steak w/veggies and potato
Snack = Fruit 1-2 lbs

Eat like a champ become a champion and then when all else fells become a super hero and peep out the secret weapons.

i dont know
i need to get blood work done, but to be honest, i'm not totally sure what to look for
now that the gains are slowing i have just started to look into gear, any advice on what to look for in a blood test would be appreciated

I would get the following tests done pre-cycle:
Total Test, Free Test & Weakly Bound, prolactin, estradiol as well as your lipid profile.
