Yep, I have 29.5" thighs and do not squat...

In any event you have been given some solid advice. If you just want to play around and "focus on a couple of muscle groups" don't waste your time with juice.

As already said, what you eat is actaully more important that what drugs you select and the doses.

I eat Lots of pastas, beans, potatoes, fruit an corn on the cob.
I eat 3-5 meals a day.
What would be the ideal diet?

You said you want to focus on you chest, shoulders, and arms...well that tells me, that is what you are most likely doing now.....you would be surprized what a proper diet and training your lower body will do. Don't get me wrong, I hate training legs...but you have to do it if you want to gain weight! Trust me on this...several of my clients came to me in your same situation..."I can't gain weight" put them in the squat rack and WHAM....weight gain!

I am an avid cyclist, my legs are well conditioned, my uper body is what needs the attention.
