what is your HONEST lift specs

whell concetering i have titanium between some vertabreas,this is my honest lift specs. bench 335 on pyramid,mill press(seated) 225 1 rep,squat 465 (true squat,not knee bends).dead lift 405.just wondering where you guys are at
 
nothing too impressive here 335 bench, 480 squat, never maxed in deads cleaned 275 when I was 180 pds. there are some big bros are here that really aren't lying about their numbers. they're just jacked

hey thats pretty good,i would be interested in seeing what people below 8% bf lifts were
 
Honestly I have never done any max lift attempts for any exercise before. Funny thing is I am not really good at endurance and better at lower reps (under 6). I think I'll do pretty well at single rep maxes.
 
365 bench

575 squat (true squat)

4.65 seconds -40 YDs

I maxed last Saturday on squat & bench with my younger brother. He was 300 bench and 525on squat. His forty is a little better @ 4.55.
 
415 Bench-3 reps
405 Deadlift..I suck at it!
605 squat (and not no half ass rep one)...225 now (broke my back)
I have always had a strong squat until I broke my back. I squatted tuesday and only could stand the pressure of 225.
My legs have helped me will a lot of shows. I compete as a lightweight (154pds)..offseason weight 190-205..depends on the water retention!
 
Bench - 435 (look at PL forum if you dont believe me)
Squat - 385 6x - dont go below 6 reps due to car accident
Dead - i'll update you on this next week,

oh i only weight 165, and younger than you think
