what is your HONEST lift specs

what are your first 2 words?
height 5"11

As for me, when on, weighed almost 240lbs, held a lot of water
Bench 400 lbs(did it once, but I think I could have went 2-3).
Squat 500 lbs, dont remember how many times probably just a few.
Inclined 315 lbs for a few reps
Deads - didn't do when on, probably should have
Bent-Over Rows 335 lbs for a few reps cheating
Leg Press - I think something like 12 plates each side reps unknown.

Now that I have unfortunately been natural, along with a surgery and a sickness, you can almost cut those #'s in half.
Weight: about 212lbs.

Not lying about poundages either, I was very impressed with myself as this was my 4 bulking cycle (all lasting 8 weeks, with unfortunately again all having 3-4 months between cycles.) I am sure that plenty of guys here could whip me in the gym with weight anyday.
 
I am simply a bodybuilder, not a weight lifter and really don't know my max.

I do chest at least once a week but on a flat bench with a barbell only about twice a month.

I'll pass on this one. It starts a flame-fest for some reason if I even MENTION how many plates I use on any lift (other than my bicep lifts). On the other hand, this guy benches 435 @ 165 lbs, so I'm waiting to see how many of the guys who insult me, call me a liar, etc jump all over this, since his strength to weight ratio is higher than mine on this one, and I was told its IMPOSSIBLE for me to do 455 for reps at 220 ibs as a bodybuilder who "isn't even a elite strength athelete".

Vectork, btw I'm not calling you a liar. I've seen guys who weigh less than 180 bench over 400 ibs, so it is achievable. There's a 20 year old guy at my gym now who benches 485 (I've also seen him do 20 rep squats with 315 for several sets) and couldn't be more than 190 ibs.
 
Everybody on the internet can bench 2X their bodyweight, squat & deadlift 3X their bodyweight, had a 3.4 GPA, has an 8" penis AND they make over $75K to boot. I'm surprised there aren't more chicks here snagging up all us he-men.

(oh and they're all below 10% too)
 
Hmmm... DT, I've benched X2 my bodyweight, but not squated or deadlift X3 (close on deads with wrist straps), have a 3.8 gpa and a 7" dick (I have pictures posted to prove it on EF btw). I don't make 75K a year, since I'm a broke-ass college student.

man, you;re not getting it. what DT is saying is that the internet is a god damn curtain for all the kids to hide behind and make outragous claims about everything from income, to mesurement, to number of playboy models they banged. EVERYONE and i mean everyone exadurates things on these boards. even if its saying that i weight 280 when i realy weight 272, it all adds up

No, I get it. I was just poking fun at the post. In any event you and he are right.

BTW I couldn't obtain Brad Pitts physique naturally. I would need winstrol, cocaine, crystal meth, limit my food intake to one bowl of ceerios in the morning and only alcohol after that, and do 3 hours of cardio a day...and not lift any weights. In 6 months I could be there: 120 ibs of lean, vascular, ripped toothpicks. Except that my calor bone is too wide and my rib cage too large... damn I give up.

bench 3 plates each side today for 4 reps

squat never do more than 275 (EVER!!!!)

but i'll do a 20 rep squat with 225

deadlift have done 20 rep deadlift with 3 plates (rest/pause)
