Vascular Freak

Long story short....8weeks using test, primo, eq and now t3 for the last 3 weeks. I am at 100mcg of t3 per day. I have been running 3 miles in the am before breakfast, eating breakfast then hitting the weight hardcore. I felt a little flat and depleted so after todays back workout this is what I ate.... I kid you F'ing not.... I wonder if this will actually help lean me out and refill glycogen stores or just make me fatter?

30 minutes after the gym...starving as a stallion on a stud farm....took another 50mcg of t3 then had

10 oz pototoe
50g whey
2 rice cakes with cottage cheese and jam
2 EAS Myoplex lite protein bars with peanut butter on top
2 smaller sized bagels with peanut butter and jelly on it
1/2 of sandwich made with 3 oz chicken, 1 slice wheat bread and hummus
1 serving of strawberry mini wheat cereal with soymilk

thats basically everything I crave, so now I wont touch that shit for a while.
It has been almost 3 hours now and I am still full.
 
In the long term, no I don't think it will make you fatter at all. It was only a one time thing.

In the short term, it probably just filled you up again and may help like you said. I'm sure you're body used most of it anyway.

But that's a damn big meal lol
 
It sounds like one of those meals where you were trying to eat just a little and it kept going and going. Right after my first contest last year I went out to dinner and had a big meal complete with pie and a large milk shake. I went to the hotel and bought two sodas which I immediately drank along with three candy bars. It was silly, but I could do it at that point, so I did. The next morning I woke up and looked much much fuller than the night show and hadn't spilled over. By the time I got home later that night (24 hrs after the show) I weighed 13 lbs more than at the competition! That was fun.

I did the same after one of my comps, the competitors and vip tickets got a banquet room full of pizza, subs, meatballs, desert etc. I thought I was going to get sick afterward.

After this meal today I will just be eating 4 oz of chicken with veggies every 2 hours or so. Just wondering what your experiences are, good or bad with cheat meals when dieting.

I eat clean 6 out of 7 days of the week. I notice that I am actually more vascular and fuller the next day after cheat day. I also feel stronger and energized for the week.

Thanks for the info bro.... thats the opinions I was looking for good or bad.

I ended up hitting the gym twice today, did cardio in the am, the did back. Then went back around 6pm and did my "A" chest workout which is my heavy day. I felt great after the meal, very strong but obviously appearancewise a little bloated which is no biggie since its january and knowone will see me in trunks anyway :mix:

mrp, do you eat one big cheat meal or a cheat DAYwhich consists of many cheat meals along with cookies and other shit??

I'll have just one cheat meal which consists of: appetizer, meal, desert. Maybe 2 deserts. But that is it. I don't drink alcohol or party so my cheat day is simple. I used to do the whole day thing but that would really mess me up man. I'm talking heartburn and everything. I learned that moderation is the best for me.
