Long story short....8weeks using test, primo, eq and now t3 for the last 3 weeks. I am at 100mcg of t3 per day. I have been running 3 miles in the am before breakfast, eating breakfast then hitting the weight hardcore. I felt a little flat and depleted so after todays back workout this is what I ate.... I kid you F'ing not.... I wonder if this will actually help lean me out and refill glycogen stores or just make me fatter?
30 minutes after the gym...starving as a stallion on a stud farm....took another 50mcg of t3 then had
10 oz pototoe
50g whey
2 rice cakes with cottage cheese and jam
2 EAS Myoplex lite protein bars with peanut butter on top
2 smaller sized bagels with peanut butter and jelly on it
1/2 of sandwich made with 3 oz chicken, 1 slice wheat bread and hummus
1 serving of strawberry mini wheat cereal with soymilk
thats basically everything I crave, so now I wont touch that shit for a while.
It has been almost 3 hours now and I am still full.
