Vision in left eye lost, deafness, nausea, and fainting

"Elite Fitness Presents: Real American Heros. We salute YOU, Mr. Gym Clearer Outer Man...so crack open an ice cold protein shake, and know we speak for lifters everywhere when we say  ."

Thankfully, I don't have much of a gag reflex. ;) ...but, I think standing there half blind from dizziness/low blood sugar/etc and NOT being able to puke is worse. At least you get some relief.

So....do you, like, get to subtract those curb cals from your daily intake, or what? :D

Well on leg day I refuse to eat anything 3 to 3.5 hours before training because of this reason. I load up on water to get full a full feeling and maybe eat a banana. Of course something is not totally digested.

And yes. . .me being a dork. . . I estimate and subtract the calories that I lost;).

Damn its late. . .I have quant methods at 9:30 tomorrow morning. . .good morning folks!

Damn, I know the feeling. Indoor soccer last night, I was paralized at the end of it. I was so fired up and drove myself into the ground. As horrible as you feel at the time, there is no better feeling.

Nice stuff louden.

Losing one's lunch.... A sign of mental toughness that goes beyond the demands of your body. I have done and god will I will keep doing it.

Spatts great coment

It is such a nice feeling when you hobble home and you know you did more than you thought you could

LMAO :D

leg day...the only time i drink gatorade...that sugar is so needed its not even funny. The worst is when there is no trash can nearby, you gotta kinda swallow it back up again. I now know to just bring the damn thing to the squat rack, instead of me trying to go to it!!

Has anyone else ever taken their training to the extreme? If so, I would love to hear some stories.
I had a bad leg day years ago, blew chunks and them passed out. Fell straight forward and my head bounced off the floor like a basketball. Split my forhead open and got whiplash. Was out of work and the gym for a couple weeks. My neck was so inflamed and sore I couldnt touch it or even put on a shirt and moving my head was impossible, it sucked.

i wonder if i can go so hard today on chest/tris that i barf... this is my goal today! ill post later :D
