Good morning. I am not sure if u will get this or if u r even still on this site. I used ur cutting diet back in probably 2003 and it worked AMAZING but i haven't been able to find it since then and the current link up does not work. Is there anyway u could email it to me? I will pay for it, just name what u want cause it's worth it!!! I used to b on Elite a lot but went thru almost 10 years of chemo treatments and bullshit and am finally getting a break long enough to try and get my body back (I was at 5'8" 174lbs, 13%bf). At 32 now this may b my last chance at getting my body back, especially after so many years of treatments. U have no idea what this would mean to me.
