10kg x 20 then 12.5kg x 8, 25kg x 8 and 45kg/99lbs x 8. DS to 10kg x 20

Warmed up on multi-angle as LPD was in use then 19p (eqv to 114kg/250.3lbs) on LPD x 6 reps PB
Standing BB Wrist Curls - Flexors
bar x 20, 60kg x 8, 90kg x 8... long rest...then 122.5kg x 5 (better than recently) reps. Dropped to 60kg x 40 reps (most ever) then bar x 40 and BS x 40
