ttokkyo Winny 50 mg tabs

just came into some ttokkyo 50 mg winny tabs.
they are blue with a bit of a raised lip around the top outside rim of the pill.. Anybody had these or have any info on them?

Do a search for "IP". Those are definately not made by Ttokkyo.
