I’ve been sick since Thursday so I’ve been taken a few days off to rest and really haven’t had my appetite so missed my macros the past 2 days.
Chest and shoulders 2
- ISO hammer incline press 60lbs up 10lbs 3x12
- Bb bench press 2 sec pause going down 105lbs up 10lbs 3x8
- Decline bb press 105lbs up 10lbs 3x12
- Pec dec 45lbs up 5lbs 3x12
SUPERSET
- Side lateral DB raises 10lbs up 5lbs 3x12
