Today I did back and triceps. Did cardio this morning.
- Behind the back cable shrugs 60lbs 4x15 up in reps
- Bb rows 105lbs 3x15 up in reps
- Kitana tricep extensions (lateral head) 23lbs 4x12,12,10 up in reps
- ISO lateral row 90lbs up 45lbs 3x12
- Smith machine JM press(long head) 50lbs up 10lbs 4x12
- Wide grip bb rows 85lbs 4x12 up in reps
- Lat pull downs 145lbs up 15lbs 3x11
- Overhead behind the back vbar tricep extension 80lbs 4x15 up in reps
