I’ve been sick since Thursday so I’ve been taken a few days off to rest and really haven’t had my appetite so missed my macros the past 2 days.

Chest and shoulders 2

  • ISO hammer incline press 60lbs up 10lbs 3x12
  • Bb bench press 2 sec pause going down 105lbs up 10lbs 3x8
  • Decline bb press 105lbs up 10lbs 3x12
  • Pec dec 45lbs up 5lbs 3x12
SUPERSET
  • Side lateral DB raises 10lbs up 5lbs 3x12
Finished with ab work

I’m not having fevers anymore but still experiencing weakness especially after my workouts. It’s not as bad and I’m def feeling better
