TBOL/VAR Ultimate RESULTS!

I tore/pulled a muscle yesterday deadlifting, though, so I'm currently between programs. :(

Sorry to hear you are injured. Let me ask you, I want to do a simple cutter with test 500 and var 60 for 10 weels. I like this program of yours and had 2 questions. I would of added pull ups and bent over rows to make it "complete" in my eyes. Did you ever add these types of things?

Also, since I will be cutting how would a large amount of cardio on the eliptical trainer workinto this if at all? Thanks!
 
Man I step away from the computer for a couple of hours and I miss all the fun! I'm going to a bomb shelter for a little bit, bombs away!

The Korte is a brutal program. Six months ago I would have just walked away from it and maybe I should have this time except I'd kind of promised myself that I'd try it before the end of the year. It doesn't leave you with much to play with for assistance work and the last two weeks are just awash with fatigue as you build up your loading. It's as pure a power-lifter routine as you can get with just the big three lifts. It has you squatting, benching and deadlifting each three times a week. If you try to throw in Rows etc, they're just going to take away from the big three. One day I did have the urge to do some rows so did another set of deads and the urge went away.

For a more all-round routine I'd say stick with the 5x5 or check out Reynold's DFHT program over at Core.

Man that is rough but it looks like the 5X5 which is a great program as well. I do have to do cardio, diet only gets me so far and then cardiop will have to be common in my life 5 days a week for 2 months at least. UGH, I hate this crap sometimes. LOL

i just started , what week u on?

Yesterday marked my 1 week anniversary. I'm already up about 5 pounds, and a lot more solid. I did go with QV's 4Test to start the cycle. I like the Prop, and Phenylprop that they have in that blend. After that it will be

750mg/week of Test Cyp.
600mg/week of Deca
75mg/day of dbol (weeks 1-4)

This whole thread has me seriously thinking of going with Tbol in place of the Dbol. ;)
