Taking my Boy Band to visit a new gym today...

AAP

Plat Hero
Platinum
The old Better Bodies Gym moved to a new location... They sent out a free pass to all the people on their mailing list... I know the owner so I got some extras for my trainees.

We gonna hit a back workout there in 10 minutes.

Question - when you go to a new gym for the first time - whether joining or traveling - are the first couple of workouts good for you? Some people can't get a good workout until they get "used" to the gym... for me, it is the opposite. The first workout is always good... I guess because while everything is new, you try a lot more pieces (different) equipment than you have at your old gym.

I always like going to a new gym. Different atmosphere and energy, like you are lifting for the first time. Think it will work for them?

Don't like it. Dunno why, I guess I'm just a creature of habit. I like to know exactly where each thing is (and more importantly, who not to talk to under any circumstances). I almost always use the same bench press, same hi-row, same pec-deck...

You train a boy band?
Which one?

David Pearl... the guy who put together The Backstreet Boys and NSync hired AAP to buff up his new kid wonder sensation. Their first album won't be out till October. It's titled: Our Trip To the Gay Beach.

Ruben Studdard and Clay Aiken sing back up on the band's first single.
