Taking my Boy Band to visit a new gym today...

That sounds like a good exercise. Similar to shrugs while holding a barbell over your head.

The workout was very basic... it was back today.

35 pullups
3 sets of seated cable rows
3 sets modified clean and snatches
2 sets of high rep dumbell rows while leaning over an inclined bench supersetted with - what I call - reverse back shrugs. (hang on a bar like you are going to do a pullup... but flex your back and pull your torso up and shoulder blades back 2-3 inches while keeping your arms locked straight)

5 sets hypers.
