This is my first cylce and it is the start of my third week. weight 170 height 5 10'
500sus wk1-3, 250 wk4-10
400eq wk1-10
.25 liquidex ed
clomid
I am eating around 200 grams protein ed and 450 carbs. Training 5 on 2 off and have seen no results. The only increase in size or strength if any is from the excess calories and motivation to train that i have had. Should i just be patient and stick with what i'm doing or should i change something up?

I wouldnt expect to see much until week 3-5, so you should start feeling it anytime now.
 
I am 22 days into a similar cycle, I have just started noticing the effects. Stick with it and it'll come. Also, like the other bro said, up your protein. Good luck ~3rd
