Hi I am new here and I work out all the time And I cant seem to
put on any good gains.I work 1 body part a day ,and do 3 sets
of 12 10 8 8. My freind says I need to get more carbs,I get alot
of protein.Also I have a problem with a saggy chest,I was told
that because I drink alot of beer, this is wear my body stores
fat.and heard that tibulis will help.
ANY INPUT WOULD BE APRECIATED.

you definately need alot of carbs for bulking, I don't know your stats so I can't tell you how many grams of carbs you need. It looks to me like you getting the right amount of volume in your workout. Try to focus on technique and form more then strength. That definately plays a big factor when bulking. One other thing, make sure you don't do any cardio. That hinders muscle gains.

Thanks but what kinda foods are we talking here.

Potatoes, Rice, Pasta, Sugar free Bread, Veggies (Broccoli, Cucumbers and so on) These are some sources of good carbs...

Also cut the beers, alcohol reduces the GH production in the body and that will not help you in gaining muscle mass....

Good Luck :)
