Right to vote is addressed in the 15th amendment to the U.S. Constitution. We have limited a minors rights in the context of curfew laws, such as the right to travel, to associate.

INCORRECT: I simply said that voting was addressed by the 15th Amendment b/c earlier you had said that voting wasn't addressed by the Constitution. I never said that the 15th Amendment gives someone a right to vote....If I remember correctly it only guarantees against disciminatory practices in voting.
