I just joined there on Labor Day. Nice hardcore feelin' to get the blood pumpin'!

its a great gym, it just gets really busy after about 5 oclock, if you can get there earlier in the day its definitely worth it.

holy shit!!! i never expected to see this post on here!! i've worked out there for the past 3 years. every M-F about 5:30 (when it's a fucking madhouse). when do you work out there?

i love that gym...i hopped around to different gyms the years before i went there, but i'm staying at powerhouse. the atmosphere is good....some big fuckers there.
