yesterday i worked out back...
i did ...
pulldowns: 3 sets of 10,8,6(not each)
pullups: 3setsx10
lower back machine: 2 sets x 12 reps
dumbell row: 4 sets x 10,8,6,failure
and i also did forearms...
and the day was done..
went home took my protein shake before bed
ate marinated chicken...
got 8-10 hours of good sleep
