dumbell front raises... 3x 10,8,6
cable side raises 2x10,8
dumbell front raises 4x10
got 11 hours of sleep that day...

im injecting for my second week tomorrow
i injected tuesday at first injecton
but im switichin to mondays...
tomorrow is chest and ill fill you guys in MORE THAN JUST PUSHUPS!
